Inspect all surfaces for dirt, grease, dents, or cracks.
Clean all exposed surfaces with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents. Wipe

off dirt or grease which has collected. Wipe the surface of the neoprene gasket carefully so it will
continue to act as a seal (para 3-5).
WARNING
The fumes of trichloroethane are toxic. Provide thorough ventilation
whenever used. DO NOT USE NEAR AN OPEN FLAME. Trichloroethane is
not flammable, but exposure of the fumes to an open flame or hot metal
surface forms highly toxic phosgene gas.

Inspect connector adapters to be sure they are present and mated properly on ends of both
